Lynn Valley Massage Therapy is a relaxed, quiet environment for you to come and take time for yourself, knowing you are receiving the best care and attention from our Registered Massage Therapists. Most of us are leading increasingly busy lives. Somewhere down on the list is caring for oneself and most often it is foregone.
In a typical treatment your therapist will probably find and treat areas having tight or 'ropey' bands of muscle which have developed trigger points, most commonly called 'knots'. These points effectively shorten the muscle, pulling on adjacent structures, sometimes putting pressure on nerves and often referring pain to other regions of the body.
For the last four years Stephanie Wilcott has been my massage therapist. I have had pain problems over the years with my lower back, shoulders and wrists. I'm very lucky to have found Stephanie, not only is she extremely professional and insightful, she is also committed to homecare instruction and patient education.
We are on the SECOND FLOOR. From inside the mall on the Liquor Store/Shoppers Drug Mart end of the mall, head straight back toward the back wall. There is a door on the right that says 'Professional Offices' and that's the door to the stairwell to take you upstairs. If you require an elevator there is one in the hallway between the bakery and the jewellery store in the middle of the mall.

Usually I have an spasm in my neck and back and it take around one week to get better. I have had a treatment with Melisa, who, is amazing massage therapist. her massage is incredibly deep and strong. In my last treatment, my spasm gone just after I left her office. she is amazing. I recommend her to anybody who like take very strong massage.

I'm the type of person who needs a massage regularly and I have been to many massage therapists and clinics over the years. Lynn Valley Massage Therapy is by far the best clinic I have found in the Lower Mainland. As a result, I have been a loyal client for several years. I have received treatment from several of the therapists and each has been professional and effective, without a doubt.
