I called there yesterday because my cat is quite sick. I was calling everyone only to be told sorry booked up. I was put on hold for a good 4 min. When a lady came back in and said he can see you today at a certain time… I think maybe 2:30 was what she said. I said sorry? She said sharply the same thing. I said excuse me but I haven’t spoken to… anyone yet, she said sorry and switched to another call. When she came back, she apologized and asked if I was looked after yet. As I was saying, I haven’t been looked after yet and no problem, I know your busy, she cut me off

I lost my beautiful cat on oct 12… I had no money to pay for tests and treatments…my cat ended up passing after a short period of time in the vet. They told me that they had a promise to pay policy. The promise… to pay policy was so that I could get my cats ashes home with me. I let them know I wouldn’t have money until after Xmas and they told me I’d get a call every two weeks and they’d just check to see if I had the funds, then I could have her ashes and her name engraved on it. I paid them 50$ to hold my cat for me…they said that I didn’t

So impressed. I called near midnight on a Sat, even though they aren't my vet. They got me in immediately. I was in panic mode, not realizing it was just a bad bite from her sister (never happened before). They didn't make me feel foolish, were so gentle with her and made it all ok. Was scared to see the bill, but it was normal.. I was shocked. Today they called to follow up and see if she was ok. WOW didn't expect that. Great experience under the circumstances.
