I help families and individuals with their real estate purchases and sales in Orleans, Kanata, Barrhaven and central neighbourhoods around the Nation's Capital. Rich has also been helpful with all work related to the preparation and set up of our unit, but most of all, he was understanding of our needs, quick to reply and his advice was given in order to help us in the best possible way.
Good value seems like a strange thing to use describing people, but his services and energy are definitely something that we would consider a great value.

Roch helped me finding an apartment that fit my needs, I was moving from a loud location and needed a quiet place. He found me the place and made the paperwork process very smooth.
He's an excellent Real State Agent and a great person, I always felt I was talking to a friend when we had apartment-related communications.
