We had a great experience with our realtor Christine Hall from Toscano Team Real Estate. We wanted a lower-pressure experience but still wanted someone who knew the market for both communities, could give us recommendations on how to stage our house (without having to do extensive renovations, painting etc.), and also had our backs during the negotiations. Christine was super responsive and we felt she was confident and knowledgeable, but she didn't rush or pressure us at all. She offered valuable insights into the houses we viewed, and also provided positive support and much-needed perspective

We were absolutely delighted with the way the Toscano team, notably Angelo and Judith, handled the sale of our house. All members of the team are true professionals and very respectful. There were no surprises, they made excellent use of different tools & social media, the communication was great and everything went better than we expected.
