I came from Edmonton to Victoria for a vacation and tried to get a new cut so i searched on google and atmosphere popped up at first. I came here and sae the sign on door to make an appointment. The guy who was sitting inside waived a hello but didn't came out or said anything. I tried calling but no-one picked up a call. I ended up leaving the place for waiting outside about 15 minutes but nobody came out or said anything. Really disappointed.

I see Maurice, also known as MoCutz. He never fails to impress me and he's been my barber for almost 10 years. I'm super comfortable with him lining up my beard. He specializes in almost everything. He has a giant clientele base so you need to reserve an appointment at his website, ahead of time. Best Barber on the west coast, hands down.

I tried to call to book a consult twice, but there was no answer. I just live up the road so I decided to pop in to see if I could speak to someone about scheduling a time. I walked in an no one acknowledged me, I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to at least tell me someone would be with me when they were done with a client but nothing! I am very disappointed and left feeling worthless and that I was not worth anyone's time.
