Roger and his assistant were at our office for about a week trying to understand different departments' requirements. He did it prior to even signing the contract or get our commitment to the project. The assessment was thorough and provided an overview in simple form of understanding what was lacking and how to remedy the situation. While West X does present with a decent level of professionalism, they are only motivated to close the sale. Client support post delivery is surface level at best. Don't expect a lot when you run into an issue with your technology. I'd recommend removing "Solutions" from the name, as it is misleading.
