Frank Williams obtained an Honours Degree in Philosphy in 1996 from the University of Victoria. He received his first articles in 1998. He graduated from the University of Victoria Faculty of Law with a Legam Baccalaureus (IMM).
His preferred areas of practice include: Provincial Court Family disputes, Ministry of Children and Family Development child removal litigation, Supreme Court Divorces, custody and guardianship disputes, mobility rights litigation, parental alienation and denial of access to children.In his 17 year career as a lawyer, Mr. Williams has conduct of over 400 family law files.

This man knows his stuff. Best lawyer I've ever had. If you're involved in a family court case, you want Frank on your side. Frank is an "old fashioned family man", so he's empathetic and honourable (but don't expect any electronic communication!) He's reasonable and understanding, stubbornly determined; not a "sleazy fake" like many lawyers out there nowadays (who's only goal seem to be to collect your paycheck.) 💸
Frank's knowledge of FLA and CFCSA (MCFD) law is extensive. He's also been recognized for his work in fighting for prisoner rights. ⚖️
