Erin joined the Coast Therapy team/family in order to help coordinate operations amongst our growing company and our various locations. She brings a background in retail operations management and her current position involves everything from managing HR and payroll, scheduling, supply and equipment vendors, corporate accounts and the overall day to day operations.
Erin enjoys the flexibility this position offers her and her family, and in her spare time, spends most of her time with her 2 kids, husband and rescue dog. Ester is our Accounts & Billing Coordinator. Spinal Decompression is a non-surgical, comfortable therapy for the treatment of back and neck pain. This location is great for many of your wellness needs. It is nice to have many disciplines in one location and their processes and front staff are welcoming. Laura (physio), JD (chiro), Chelsea (RMT) are all extremely helpful and genuinely care about your wellness. I'm thankful to have access to all of them in one location.

Update: Coast medical therapy has reached out to me to make things rights and I would like to give them a chance. This is not about money as I am lucky to have enough coverage from my insurance to cover my medical needs. It is about making the process right. Accepting there is a problem is the first step to address that. I change my rating from one to three. I will update this rating after a few more sessions in this clinic. This is the community that I live and I do like it to thrive and be successful and deliver the top notch service.

I have been suffering from bad hip flexor, I was excited to get
in and see a RMT, this has been an on going issue, so when I see someone new I am always clear about what i looking for. I have to say this was by far the worse massage I have EVER had I could barely even feel anything and the issue I was there for wasn't even addressed might as well have taken my money and thrown it out the window. I also had a an hour booked but I think it turned out to be a 40 min but of course charged an hour waste of time and money. I will never go back or recommend this clinic.

This isn't their fault (and not part of my rating), but worth mentioning. The parking in the area is terrible. If you have an appointment, make sure you get there early to find somewhere to park.
PROS:
-Great website with easy booking online
-Clean rooms
CONS:
-Noisy - if you are in the room closest to the reception area, you will hear every conversation: phone calls and casual chatter between staff. Doors slamming and the AC was also really squeaky and whiny. Doesn't really create a relaxing environment.
-Lateness

We came to the clinic to get a massage therapy for a baby from Holly Henry. She stopped the treatment in the middle because the baby was crying. It is common for babies to cry when they see strangers, and its fine. We did not come for fun, but to address a health issue. Holly Henry felt that it was fine to charge the full price for this meeting. She haven't suggested to finish the massage another time, or guide me how to do it by myself. She told me to look it up on YouTube. She showed what I can do by myself only after I explicitly asked for it again. She haven't explained what she thinks about

I go to this clinic for all my various injuries or concerns.
I've been seeing Laura as my Physiotherapist. I've always been so pleased with her services. She took her time to do her assessments and really inquired about the incidents to make sure nothing was missed. As we all should, I am very particular with my care, but Laura has been patient and very attentive to my concerns. She explains everything in simple yet informative way. It's very helpful for patients like me who tend to want to know/understand everything.
I also see Mike for RMT. It's always a good time when I go for massage. He

I’ve usually had good experiences during my visits but the last two times has brought me here. I have been a patient for the past 2 years and throughout my pregnancy which was great. My last visit was cut short because my RMT was late, he then gave me 10 mins to get dressed after which made it even shorter. I mentioned it to the girl at the front and she just brushed me off. I was debating taking it further but decided I would let it go as things happen. Then yesterday I came in for my monthly appt (my last one I cancelled in April as covid numbers were up and I made the decision to stay home

They just collect your money, they don’t care about actually helping you or treating you. I went to this place for a while and have gone to other places since and it’s night and day. They make you wait outside like dogs, even if you’re disabled. I’ve waited at times up to 10 minutes in the rain for my scheduled appointment. The treatment was subpar, The sessions felt very rushed and short because they decide get as much money as they can instead of spacing it out. Normally I wouldn't write a review.. but I feel the need because of the treatment I got and how much of a difference in customer service the Port Moody location has to offer (Lauren, Paige, Michelle and everyone I encounter there is a gem). I see Christine Campbell here for any of my body woes. I saw her recently for my shoulder and she really took the time to test out what was really wrong. I always feel like physiotherapists I've seen in the past are in a rush and quick to simply give me stretches and exercises to do at home. Christine is awesome for keeping me on the court and on the trails! Can't recommend her highly enough :)

Nicole Krausher is an excellent massage therapist. Professional, punctual and extremely knowledgeable with great technique. The new online booking has been extremely convenient for pre-booking because they are almost always completed booked if you don't book ahead. If you are lucky enough to get an appointment with Nicole you will not be disappointed.
