Very friendly and attentative. Easy teeth cleaning instructions and very through. And very patient. One down thing was that the female dentist had stepped out when she was supposed to do a check up. As I arrived in the back parking lot, I saw a female staff on the cell phone. If she was the dentist, the personal phone call must have been serious during work. Overall, I had a great teeth cleaning experience. I would definitely recommend the dental hygenist.

Arta Dental Centre is well managed. From the moment you walk in, Brian is very organized and, more importantly, is a keen listener (no small feat, considering my speech impediment) and THEN there are the dental hygienists! !! In my opinion,, they are the “backbone” of Arta and why I continue as a loyal client (for nearly 40 years now, I think 😊)

Don’t get me wrong there is nice people working there, had two sessions of cleaning and they did amazing job, one of the girls from customer service is always nice and helpful, BUT another customer service is on another level. Came there for a full inspection a month ago and asked to get a list and quote of what is wrong and how much it’s going to be. Did I get it from them ? Nope. Second, today they cancelled my appointment because I did not confirmed it. And I told them last time that I’m working from 9-17:00 and please send me an e mail because I don’t have the access to my phone during

They are very organized and thorough. They kept on my issues with sensitivity until they found the problem and fixed it. They are very gentle and yet very careful about their safety protocals. I felt very safe and also thank the front office staff for making it very easy for my paperwork to go to my insurers. They are all a very good team!

Agree with the previous reviewers, Christine is abrupt and needs to work on customer service skills. The clinic recommended procedures that I didn't need, according to a second opinion at a highly acclaimed dentist. I wasn't planning on bringing it up or complaining but Christine wouldn't leave me alone about it.
Christine was quite aggressive and threatening over the phone when I called to cancel which turned me off ever returning.

I hate giving negative reviews but because of the non-stop emails and phone calls I need to make you aware of what to watch for at this place.
Firstly, Dr. Siew is very nice and I feel bad that he lets that awful woman run his office. I haven't been back here for a while because my last experience was such a turn off that I decided to find a new office. I had a cavity that needed a filling and my appointment was with another dentist, younger chinese guy I can't remember his name (partially due to the high rate of turnover at this office). He used a laser machine to do my filling - I

If you asked me to rate this place a year ago, I would have given it a 1-star or 2-star. There were quite a few frustrating incidents for me at this dentist, but they seemed to be trying and are actually improving. So I am hoping to give them some credit in this review.

I broke a tooth at 6 PM the night before a 2-week business trip. They were closing as I called, but offered to stay open for a 7:30 appointment.
The dentist was professional and friendly, and they had me patched up and on my way in 90 minutes flat.
I'm a complete wimp when it comes to needles, and they did a brilliant job with the Novocaine. They ground off the edges of my broken tooth, filled it and capped it, and I never felt a thing.

This is a nice office in a convenient location. However, they have a rotating door of doctors there for cross-training. Everytime I've had work done, I got a new, unfamiliar doctor. It was impossible to develop trust or comfort in anyone there.
I suppose if you have great teeth, this is not a bad place for your regular check ups. For myself, the dental office is scary enough without having to deal with the uncertainty of different dentists poking around.

On my first visit, the admin staff took FOREVER to clarify my insurance coverage. Each subsequent visit, I encountered the same delays.
I saw the actual dentist, Dr. Siew only once for a pain issue. He, in broken English, explained the treatment plan. I thought I understood most of what he said. I was then shocked when the admin staff then booked me for 2 follow up appointments to have metal fillings replaced with white fillings.
