Genevieve's practice focuses on assisting clients with wills, trusts, estates and incapacity matters. She works with clients to plan for different asset and family situations. This ranges from clients who wish to make a first will, to complex planning that takes into account complicated asset and family situations.
She also assists executors, trustees, beneficiaries and attorneys to resolve the matters they are managing. Her passion for the work comes from observing the relief her clients' experience when they resolve issues that have been on their minds.

No one likes to have to deal with lawyers, especially when having to plan your last will and testament. Great experience working with Ms. Giroday to have a will and power of attorney created. She was very thorough and helped my wife and I navigate through the important decisions at hand. I had a pleasure of working with Genevieve and Sapna with our family's estate planning. We recently had a child and needed to get everything in order. The whole process was explained clearly to us and how we, as clients, could help to make the process as efficient as possible.
