Owner is very nice and friendly. I was being informed about the process in a way that makes sense. They are very knowledgeable and show care towards their customers. My experience overall was very positive. The place is absolutely beautiful and so tranquil. I would recommend this place.

Very disappointed. Owner seems to want to overcharge because she can? I called twice and both times the prices increased somehow. The girl who answered the phone was very short and did not know the answers to any questions I asked.
Either they don't know their prices or they just want to rip me off. I have heard numerous stories on how the owner overcharges for little to no service. Very very disappointed and will make sure to tell others to stay away.

I absolutely love my experience with Revita! I have been doing my laser hair removal and this is the only place I have been able to see quick & true results!
The technician mentioned that ownership has recently invested in the highest quality machines. Apparently their laser machine is one of its kind within London, and it delivers!

I highly advise anyone looking for a “mole or lesion removal” to stay away and look elsewhere. I went back when they were located on Oxford Street.
I went there for a “simple procedure” according to the doctor. I had a sebaceous cyst on my cheek that needed to be removed.
The doctor failed to stitch the area correctly, and advised that I go to a walk in clinic to get the stitches removed. When I went to a walk in clinic, the doctor there was shocked at the failure to stitch an area up correctly. Only half of the wound was stitched.
I know have to live with a scar/hole on my cheek due

The Revita Medical Esthetics & Spa experience is a true spa oasis in London! The staff and service is incredible and they take the time to educate and empower clients with the knowledge necessary to provide what is needed. With state of the art machines and an amazing atmosphere (the renovated church to a spa is like nothing else in London), it's definitely worth checking out! Highly recommend!

They totally burnt my legs while I got my lazer hair removal done this time. They had done a great job when I used to go 3 years ago but this time was horrible. I had it done about a month ago and I still feel numb. The owner had the technician call and apologize (even though I left her the message) and they said it was my issue as my skin must have changed???? Never would I go back. I may have if they had a little more remorse or reimbursed me for the services.
