We've now used GHI Developments for 2 of our flips in Brampton and we are now using them in Guelph. They always have someone on site working to finish your house within a good time frame and they always provide a good quality product. Not to mention the site is always clean! Mark listened and understood the scope of the work I wanted. He provided a competitive quote and stayed on that budget. He has an excellent team of tradesmen and each one was professional and willing to go the extra mile. Mark's wife advised me on colours and finishes and I was very satisfied with the final result.

Mark and his crew did a fabulous job in replacing the KITEC plumbing in our home. They always made sure they cleaned up after each day of work and were extremely pleasant to have in our home each day. Mike (employee) went the extra mile to make sure his quality of work was to our satisfaction. They did everything we asked and then some. We were extremely pleased with their work ethic. Nice guys! We contracted with GHI to replace the Kitec plumbing in our home and we couldn’t have been more satisfied with the work. We had met with several contractors over the past year but Mark was the one that gave us the confidence to go ahead. He spent the time up front to outline the process and was very responsive to our questions throughout. He and his team clearly knew their jobs and even finished ahead of schedule. Everything was completed so you wouldn’t even know that significant work had been done. We would not hesitate to recommend him or to use him for future work in our home.
