Paul took in my repair on short notice. I drive an older Chevy Silverado, he knew the product, I described the problem, he knew the fix, quoted a price and fixed my problem. Friendly and courteous. I recommend Paul and his shop all day long. Oh ya, and check out Torque Brewery next door. Good place to grab a pint while you wait.

Paul is a top bloke. Very easy to work with regarding booking appointments etc. Good workmanship done on my F-350 at a very reasonable price. I would recommend this guy for anything concerning the driveline on a vehicle. I’ve owned and maintained this truck from new in 2006 but sometimes things require a specialist and Paul certainly knows his stuff.

This is an owner-operated business with a lot of history and a lot of satisfied customers if my experience was any indication. the prices were reasonable and a lot of interesting people came and went and the owner Paul always had time to help them out even though he couldn't he would give them advice as to where to go. Paul ppl work through lunch and he bought me lunch! BTW on a second visit I returned the favor. Rare old fashioned service built on trust and kind hearts.

Was recommended by a friend so I called to speak to the owner. He gave me a range of prices on when may have to be done to my differential which were lower than my local dealer (Gimli) so I made an appointment. I waited in the shop while he worked and asked a lot of questions. Instead of being annoyed with me, I found him helpful and engaging. Everything works fine now and the final price was very reasonable. I would not hesitate going back or recommending Pro Gear to my friends.

Wednesday, I was shopping around for prices on a rear diff rebuild for my truck (2004 ford 8.8 3.73 posi). Got a cheaper quote elsewhere, which he honoured when I told him about it. Dropped my truck off that Thursday evening for my convenience (you can leave your keys inside) and my truck was ready the following afternoon. Ended up going over on price but it wasn't his fault, he couldn't predict that an axle gear would be bad as well, being that it was a blind quote. luckily he had a used one to swap it out for.
