Bad customer service can be defined as when a business fails to meet the customer expectations in terms of service quality, response time, or overall customer experience. For that reason I write this for future individuals who I recommend going some where else as the people who work their do not aid the customer when issue come to present itself.

Took my mom to this place to get some x rays done. Front desk were really unfriendly and disrespectful. The lady called Claudia ignored my questions while she was sitting at the front desk. And honestly is making every process harder here.
Needed my mom x rays sent by email. It's been 5 days and still waiting for this email. Terrible experience and terrible customer service.

This place disproves the adage: "You get what you pay for."
Do not go here, not under any circumstance.
It's a training ground for dentists fresh out of school, which is why the dentist you end up seeing is only available 1-2 days/week, and why they won't allow you to see another dentist at the practice, even if "your" dentist has caused you to be in excruciating pain for weeks. And "your" dentist will recommend treatment that is overly aggressive and as expensive as possible (more on that, below!).
I could go on about the amount of money and pain their ineptitude caused me (crowns, root canals

I had a scheduled visit with this dental office last Friday at 2pm to assess my implant. When I arrived, they said the dentists were not there because they had to attend to an important training. I asked why was I not inform about this?!?! The front deck staff said she contacted me for rescheduling, but I got no phone calls from them, and I got no email notification as well. Nothing, I got absolutely no notifications about this reschedule plan! They straight up lied to me, and that was very professional! Before this incident, I really liked this dental office. Unfortunately, I would not recommend

If there was below one star i would rate this place. that is absolutely not a dentist office, and they are not professional(in front desk)
we were seen to have ortho treatment.
just to give summary of all our bad experience (more than 3 incidents which for them they consider this as BAD LUCK not as they need to improve their front desk services)
1. They confirmed they can do the treatment for one of the tooth and the other tooth needs to be seen by surgeon (oral). the doctor said she would give us the referral and fill the paperwork, so the surgeon knows what needs to be done and which tooth

Lack of organization! They really need to get it together with their scheduling. I was scheduled to go in on June 25th 2021 at 2:15 pm to check on my implant result. However, they told me that the doctors/dentists were absence due to a training, which I was not aware of. The front desk assistant claimed that they contacted me (via phone call) about the schedule change, which I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY PHONE CALLS, VOICE MESSAGES, or EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS about the change of the schedule! I had to take a day off from work just to check in with the dentist, yet they changed the schedule WTIHOUT TELLING

This was my first visit to Northridge Dental office. I could not have been more impressed. Everyone that helped me went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Garfinkle was amazing! He did a wonderful job on my procedure and injections. He even called me later in the day to check on me which I very much appreciated. The fees seemed very fair as well. After searching for a new dentist for months I have finally found my new dental home and I could not be happier!
