My daughter had a great experience at the salon and I decided to go in too. Yen is a wonderful hair stylist, her experience and knowledge was seen when she turned my limp, damaged hair into a wonderful, healthy cut. She is a great conversationalist and gives great advice. Her love for her craft can be seen in how well she treats her clients. Mickey is very personable too, a wonderful and polite young man. The staff was very kind and fun to talk to, I never had that experience before and I really appreciated it. I spent months looking for a salon that could cut curly hair because it can be a bit more challenging than straighter hair. I was not disappointed with my hair cut, I love it, and Yen nailed the bangs.

Curly hair approved! If you are worried about getting a cut that can be styled straight or curled this is the place for you. I have moderately curly/ wavy hair and am always pleased with my cut. I can style easily with gel or moose when I’m rushed out the door and it looks beautiful straightener or blow dried. *** BONUS they actually listen to you and your needs! If I ask for 4 inches off that’s EXACTLY what I will get. I always feel so welcomed and comfortable when I come here. Everyone is so kind and the conversation will have you laughing for sure! Looking forward to my next appointment

I've been getting my hair cut by Yen for 4 years now. She does an amazing job cutting my short hair. It grows out so well, that even when I can't back to see her, it still looks great until I can. I now also bring in my daughter for her hair cuts with Yen too. :)

Excellent experience and I felt safe Aug 2021. Having Gone through the pandemic March 2020 I haven't returned to see Yen and Mickie i have been her client since 2018 and she's always been very helpful and professional. Mickie is great as well. Since the Pandemic i noticed we now have to be careful and feel "Safe" if the place you visit is hair salon. Yen and Micki advised that they are fully vaccinated as I am too but i feel since you are sitting in chair for at least 1hr depending on hair services this is similar to healthcare provided or restaurants where you need to ensure they follow proper

Came in today for a haircut - curtain bangs -shorter layers front and layered look at the bottom. I am ABSOLUTELY in love with my result! The customer service is absolutely amazing, I feel comfortable and didn't feel rushed. Hair felt lighter and very stylish after. Would 100% recommend to anyone :) !

We were looking for a hairdresser to cut my son's hair and I chose this place on their high google review. What a wonderful salon! I highly recommend this salon, their mannerism, service and haircut was first class. They treated my 6yo son like an important adult customer. Yen being the longest time friend and hairdresser advisor for my hair type all along, she gave me an opportunity to be the model for newest product for keratin treatment. I have been going to see Yan and her assistant Mickey for one year now because she offers organic hair dye for my root touch up. I asked about highlights service today and heard that from my coworkers they had to bleech their hair or sit for four plus hours. I ended up doing highlights and the colour is light brown that suits my dark brown hair. I wanted something that would be refreshing and not too light but noticeable in a fashionable way. I strongly recommend Yan and Mickey. Very pleasant staff and services. As well it was not an unpleasant experience and I didn't take too long two hours

I came for the first time last month and was blown away by the amazing atmosphere and professionalism of Yen and her assistant. Yen was able to do in one appointment the color I have been asking my previous hairdresser to achieve for many years. She knows hair and really listens to you. I brought my kids too for crazy colors which they achieve with success. I have been talking about Yen and her assistant to everyone!!!

Do not go to this place. You only need to look Yen's own hair. I have had horrible experience with this place. Paid a lot of money for a cut and styling (asked for my hair to be curled) and it was very very poorly done- ended up with sloppy half straight/ half wavy hair. I don't normally do my own hair but I have done it better myself in the past with just foam curlers. The haircut was also nothing to rave about. In addition, Yen was distracted and spent much more time on another client's hair during the appointment. I don't understand the positive reviews, are we talking about

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE - if I could give it negative 5 stars I would. Just to be clear, I've never written a bad review before but if I can save one person from having the experience I just had there then it's worth the time to post this. I called and asked if this place had experience in removing bonded hair extensions....Yen (I'm guessing the owner) was absolutely adamant that she had years of experience. I have straight hair, I showed Yen a photo of a curly hairstyle I wanted, she said the best thing was a perm because hot iron styles only last util the next wash. The style I wanted was big soft curls. I made the appointment, went in and showed Yen the photo again. She gave me a perm that looked more like a crimp job (there were no curls, just little wiggles) and said in 2 weeks it would look like I wanted. Really?
