Not the greatest experience
Came in asking for advice about water testing and quality,( i have no idea about hot tubs just looking after my in-laws place since their gone for a while and they bought their hot tub there no more than 2 yrs ago)
I showed the stuff the testing kit we have and they literally laughed at me right on my face ( totally unprofessional)
Saying, we dont use that, thats outdated and so on
I know it was hard for them to know what kind of hot tub we have but they could have at least tried to help
Really felt ashamed... unfortunately

My Hydro Pool is just out of warranty and with all changes at Cali Spa I was pushed to a 3rd party company called Hot Tub Service Plus. They are based in Toronto and have very poor communications skills but specialize in sarcasm. They made me feel so lucky that I was able to get through as they are so busy. Also so lucky that they have the parts is stock and IF I act today they could be mine! $1,200 and we are a go she says!
Nothing like being talked down to when all I wanted to explore my options to replace a part. Its ok as I found a LONDON dealer that is going take care of

I’ve been a customer since 2001 and had 5 star service until now!
Called “NEW” service manager about a new cover. New manager tells me they don’t have one on premises. New manager tells me she will check the warehouse they deal with for availability. The telephone call was made just before noon yesterday so I thought I would have an answer later that afternoon. Day two. I made a follow up call at noon today. Had to leave a message. No response. Left a second message at 5 PM today. No response. I would avoid this company. As a side note I explained to the new service manager that the present

We purchased a hot tub second hand that was originally purchased from California. There was a leaking part that needed replacing and Derek handled the service call to replace the part. Derek was friendly and positive despite the pouring rain he had to work in! He replaced the part quickly and was happy to answer quite a few questions from newbie hot tub owners. A great experience, thank you!

From beginning to end we have been extremely happy with California Spa & Fitness. They were highly recommended to us, which is why we initially decided to buy our swim spa from them.
We are very pleased with Richard's service, he is very easy to contact, knowledgeable , and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed from start to finish.
The delivery team did a great job getting the swim spa into our back yard. They were quick, professional, and we were happy with their service. Overall we highly recommend California Sap & Fitness, and we are very happy with our purchase.

When we decided on purchasing a hot tub we visited many different suppliers and chose California Spa and fitness because of the salesman (Richard). The delivery team was very professional and friendly even though they worked thru constant rain. We had a slight problem with our initial start up with the tub which was quickly fixed by there service technician Nick. Very pleased with our new tub and look forward to spending time relaxing.

Fabulous experience and very happy with our hot tub purchase! Richard was very knowledgeable about the product and made the decision to purchase easy. The delivery crew were very professional, helpful and made sure they placed the tub in exactly the right spot. The icing on the cake was Richard giving us a run down on features after the tub was installed and operating. Would highly recommend this team and company!!
