In a small 4 bay shop Gordon, his wife Belinda and one apprentice started to offer the drivers of Edmonton a more personalized automotive repair solution. Due to high customer satisfaction, word of mouth about our services spread to such an extent that within two years Best Choice Automotive expanded and doubled in size to nine bays.

It’s amazing to find a shop like this in the city. I had flown in the day before and was trying to drive home (480 km away), but had discovered a large piece of shielding dragging off the undercarriage of my car. Not only did this shop fit me in immediately, but then they refused to charge me as it only took them a couple of minutes to pull it off. I was absolutely blown away and so grateful. A big thanks to the special team at this shop.

My family and I have been going here for years. Anytime someone mentions needing a mechanic, these are the guys I recommend. Hands down the most honest, down to earth, and skilled mechanics in the city. They are fast and professional and always make sure you understand what needs to be done vs what can be done. Their prices are fair and you will never leave feeling like you’ve in any way been taken advantage of.

I wanted to thank the mechanics at Best Choice Automative for their honesty and for their excellent customer service. I was lied to by Midas next door about my front brakes needing immediate replacement and these guys gave me the correct measurement of my brakes and told me I wouldn’t need them replaced for at least another year or two. I will be going here for any car repairs from now on!! I highly recommend this shop!

I’ve never had great luck with mechanic shops. When I took my car in for some work I was blown away with the great customer service and the work done to my car. Was schedule to get my cv joints replaced as that was what was shown on my inspection. After speaking with them, I was informed it was just a bracket that would need to be replaced. Saved me a lot of money and they were very accommodating with updating me on my car. I would highly recommend this shop and will continue to go back!!

I have been to Best Choice many times since living in the Edmonton area and it is now the only place I will take my car. All of the staff are friendly, professional, and honest. The first time I went in, I thought I needed my brakes done as I was getting some squeaks in the front end. They cleaned out the gravel that was scaping on my brake pad and told me I could easily hold off for another few thousand miles before I spent the cash on a brake job. I have been back multiple times and have always received the same quality and honest care. They are always within the time frame they have quoted unless
