Stay away from this guy, he completely miss guided me. Paid 7.25 % open interest for 4 months as he told me he will get my mortgage approved but even after 4 months he was not able to deliver his words.
Went to another broker and mortgage was done in 5 days with same paperwork .
Will not recommend him.
All he worries is about his commission from mortgage lenders.
