The Papertown Inn hotel was built by Rene and Lorraine Raymond in the summer of 1979. The early business plans included 20 motel rooms, a 48 seat dining room, and a 24 seat lounge. From its first incarnation, the objective was to employ the community and be a stylish hub for tourists and locals.
