The Sidney Animal Hospital was established in 1966 and has a tradition of providing the highest standard of veterinary care to companion animals. The practice was purchased by Drs.

Nigel and Jenni Bass in June of 2001. The reputation of the practice has always rested on the skill of its veterinarians in canine and feline medicine and surgery. Our Facilities Report

Clients are seen by appointment. For the safety and comfort of all clients and pets, we ask that dogs be on leash and cats be appropriately caged or harnessed. Please contact us in advance with any questions. We offer medical, surgical and hospital facilities for the sick pet. In-house diagnostic facilities include a digital radiograph machine (X-rays) and blood analysis.

Location & Maps Report

We are located approximately 25 minutes from downtown Victoria. To find us, follow the Pat Bay Hwy north to Beacon Ave. Turn left on to Beacon Ave W (heading towards the airport), and follow the road for approximately 1.5km until you reach the 4-way intersection with Mills Road W. At the four-way stop, turn left on to Mills Road and take an immediate right into our parking lot.

Hudson and Hunter have been coming here since they were babies. Nigel and his staff are amazing and when Hudson (Berner) passed last month they were extremely wonderful with both him and us. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Greatest experience at this veterinary hospital. I was beyond impressed.
The kindness and patience of all the staff was above and beyond. They even called to check in on my pet the following day. Far exceeds any vet experience I've had in the past and though it's far out of my way, would happily go back.
