Since 1995, Cascadia Counselling Clinic has offered a full range of counselling, program development and training, and consulting services in Victoria, BC. We specialize in dealing with complex and challenging situations in families and workplaces.

In 1995, the Cascadia Counselling Clinic began by promoting and facilitating anger management groups for both men and women. At the same time, we offered Counselling Services to individuals, couples and families particularly in the area of managing escalating situations.
As our knowledge and experience grew, we were offered the opportunity to develop two programs for the Province of British Columbia's correctional system: the Violence Prevention Program (VPP) and the Substance Abuse Management Program (SAM).This led to the creation of our second division, Program Development and Training.

Eliot is the founder and director of the Cascadia Counselling Clinic Ltd established in Victoria BC in 1995. Specialties include stress and anger management, marriage and family counselling, mental health issues, assistance with life transitions, grief and loss, and parenting challenges.
He has worked with Federal and Provincial Ministries, Municipalities, non-profit societies, and public and private schools in the areas of leadership development, effective teams, managing difficult employer and employee situations, as well as addiction, mental health and stress related issues.

Cascadia is a full service counselling clinic comprised of nine Master's level Therapists, a consulting Psychologist, and an Administrator. Our experienced clinicians offer excellent care to each individual, group participant, or family, by creating a safe and supportive environment and by providing education, tools and skills to help resolve the issue that brought them to counselling.

Eliot and Jenna did a very thorough job of helping me through a difficult time related to a difficult ongoing high conflict separation.
The extra effort and attention to details uncovered the true facts of the conflict which lead to a fair settlement related to child custody and child's views
I could never have had such a fair outcome without them.
If you want the real truth to be heard they can make that happen.

Unethical, profit driven, weak minded and hard-hearted agency. Their Team Members include Psychologist Dr Peter Meuser, who has been part of the Team going as far back as 2012 along with RCC Penny Fenske (Penny Fenske is no longer a Team Member however) also the office was dirty and the staff were frequently late for appointments.

Eloit Lowey "WAS" a good Councillor and inter active but when he "texted" me he could not commit to scheduled appointment and wanted to do sessions by only "TEXTING"...
I replied "Councillors are educated/ trained to communicate effectively and texting shows a serious LACK of PROFESSIONALISM....you are NOT WORT communicating with anymore".
When i was searching for new Councillor...the people i spoke to were SHOCKED and APPALLED and they gave me web address and phone number to REPORT HIM.......DO NOT ATTEND HERE..lack of PROFESSIONALISM

Have had none of the issues of the people who reviewed poorly. Eliot is very capable, and helped us to significantly reduce the stresses in our dealings with child custody/co-parenting issues post divorce. It’s like having a mediator but with someone actually trained in family dynamics and who understands post-separation issues.
