OMG! I can not rave enough about the amazing experience I have at Salon Jean Nicola & Spa. I just came back from getting my hair done and I said it to Jean when he finished highlighting and trimming my hair- I have not loved my hair this much in I forget how long! He did such a good job- way better of an expectation I had going I'm because I went in feeling like my hair needed a miracle to look good again. The service is exceptional. The quality of the products provided is fantastic. You'll honestly leave there feeling like a million $$$. Do your hair and your self a favor and go

I had a wonderful first time experience with this salon for a cut and partial highlight. Jean and his assistant were warm, friendly and very attentive. He provided me with some great recommendations and products to improve my hair's health. The cut and placement of my highlights are beautiful. I'm very pleased with the service I received.

I searched for a hairdresser in Scarborough with good reviews. I found Jean Nicola and booked a 6:30pm appointment for a cut. I left work early, subway and bus home from downtown, picked up the car, drove the 20 minutes to the salon in rush hour traffic and.....although the "open" light was blinking in the window and the salon's hours on a Thursday night indicate they are open to 8pm, the front door was locked. I knocked and knocked, no response. I then phoned them from their front door. I got their answering machine and left a message saying I was at the front door for my appointment

Mediocre mani & pedi at best. The polish job on my nails was pretty shotty and I had to ask that the polish be removed from my skin a few times. The mani was okay and the pedi left a lot to be desired. I opted for the spa pedicure which meant a mud treatment on my feet so they'd stay smooth for at least a month, but just 3 days later and my heels are already rough.
