It was my first experience at this spa, and OMG.
Sophia was amazing!!! I went at 8:30PM and my lady had so much power. I truly enjoyed and had such an amazing experience 😍 even though I dont live close to this place, but I will definitely go again!

My experience did not live up to the reviews here. After not having a massage for a better part of a year (Covid) I was really looking forward to this. The reflexology foot massage focused on the top of my feet and calves. She barely massaged the bottom. For the back massage she used a lot of elbows and arm. The pressure was too hard and I had ask about a dozen time to go lighter. This was not relaxing at all. The other people in my party had a good experience.

This place is sketchy, especially the owner, the guy sit at the reception. Demand tips , don’t remember what service I got. I heard another customer asking how he makes sure customers have no COVID because he did not take temperature or ask COVID questions. He just kept on saying it would be fine. I did not feel well after I got back home. Now I am praying I don’t get Covid-19 from this place. The girl is ok. Not bad but also not good. Although the price is cheap but I will not go back.

Talent and strong RMTs. My wife and I did a couples massage, and the massage was intense, however the environment is not very...attractive. There are some other shady spas around this area, but luckily Kelly Spa is not one of them. Not as nice of an environment as Hand And Stone, but better massage.

The prices are reasonable for massages ad they always have good deals. Wait time is not that long. The staffs are professional and good. Depending on who you receive massage from, the service varies. I personally like Mary. She is really good and takes time to provide good quality massage. Definitely recommend this place.

I see mixed reviews about this place, and I can only assume that it must be the person who you get that will leave a good or bad experience. First time coming here, didn't know what to expect, but my legs have been taking a beating lately and I always wanted to give reflexology a try. Didn't get an option for masseuse and although I wanted a woman, I am glad that I didn't change my masseuse. I got the 45 mins reflexology, with 15 mins shoulder rub combo #2. His English was a little rough, but can definitely speak well enough to carry a conversation. Not that I went there to converse

Finally I found a good massage centre in Toronto. I went there with a terrible migraine, and come out with a relaxed pain free body.
I tried many spas in Toronto but none of them met my expectations. But Kelly's spa is now my pet spa.
What I look from a RMT massage: 60 mins means 60 mins of uninterrupted massage. The therapist should cover whole of your body and concentrate on your pain points. Massage should have a relaxing effect and an instant relief in body-aches.
I don't like therapist talking constantly during message. The massage pressure should be controlled either hard or gentle

I kind of stumbled upon this place on our way to lunch with a friend. I've heard good things about the massages at this place so we both decided to give this place a try since we just did a 10k run. The price advertised I think around $45~ for an hour outside but I think it's closer to $70~ including tax if you're writing under your insurance. They also don't take card so we had to get cash from TD, which is across the street.
Honestly, this place is a hit or miss. My friend said she had an "okay/so so" experience. While I had literally the worst massage of my life

I waited for my second visit to post a review. In both cases I was able to get an appointment on the same day; both were for the foot reflexology massage; the first was for 45 minutes, and the whole experience was awesome; so of course, I booked my next appt for 90 mins!!
Both times I was warmly greeted and immediately escorted to the lower level, to a quite and private space, with high backed comfy chairs with matching ottomans, separated, 2x2, with curtains, for added privacy, should it be needed.
I was given a basin of warm water and 'herbs' to soak my feet

Come here quite often in my quest for the best relaxing massage and I must admit this one tops my list. The staff are friendly and professional and give some of the best massages I have experience in Toronto. The foot massage is also very good and no they do not count the foot soak as part of the massage time. The place is relatively clean and neat, the down stairs sometimes gets noisy with all the chatting.

I called about 15 minutes prior to going in and they were able to take me and my girlfriend. The place was quiet and there was hardly anyone when we went. Bathroom was clean and the massage room was what you would expect. The prices were reasonable so I would go again.

Probably one of the best and inexpensive massage place! The foot massage was really good, although I'd recommend the 45min over the 60 because I got the 60min and it actually was too long. If you want a 60 min massage try their first package deal of 30 min foot massage and 30 min back massage. They were also really awesome in taking us in as a walk in. There were some issues with payment but overall it was great. Will come back.

Decided to check this place out based on previous reviews and vicinity and I do agree about being deceived from the looks of the exterior. It is clean and the staff are pleasant. The establishment is quite large since there is an area downstairs.
Like I mentioned I went in for a couples massage with my partner and we were lead downstairs to a room with curtained massage areas which was fine however, during the middle of the massage other patrons were receiving foot reflexology heard everything that was said.

The place is very deceiving from the outside and there weren't so many parking spots. The person at the front was very nice. I chose the combo deal that they had for the foot and body massage. Emily was my therapist and she was the sweetest and so friendly.
The place is very clean and quiet unlike other places I've been to. If you're looking for value, I would definitely recommend this place!
