At Urban Smiles Victoria, your Victoria dentist smile partner, our philosophy is to exceed our patients expectations by providing health services in a positive atmosphere where patients feel respected and valued. We offer a spa-quality environment, as well as hospitality-style service to keep our patients comfortable during their visit.
Maddy is Dr Staples 5 year old Australian Labradoodle. She is hypoallergenic and non-shedding. She is an empathy dog in training and will stand or sit beside anxious patients during local analgesic injections. She loves the attention and will help distract and soothe your injection fears away. She can be seen when you come in for your Hygiene Recalls to greet you and make sure you are comfortable.

I've been going to Urban Smiles since I moved to the city in 2016. The environment is positive and friendly and, in spite of a lot of challenges over the last two years, the team there has gone above and beyond to maintain the highest level of professionalism. Today was an absolute surprise as I had my teeth air polished The results were amazing as I was wondering how they would remove the tea and coffee stains. Well let me tell you this procedure is the real deal. No temporary whitener or other aesthetic applications Both Shannon and Shanon (a dentist from India), did a terrific job making sure I was really satisfied with the outcome. If I had a before and after photo I would have attached it here. You might have just look at them and say”WOW”

My 4 year old and my 9 year old will only see Dr. Staples! She is wonderful with children and super fast too. My daughters trusted her right away which is a big deal as my older child is anxious about dental work. My husband and I are also clients and are super happy and impressed with the excellent level of care and attention to detail. Her dental… hygienists are highly skilled and gentle, and all of her front desk team members are welcoming, polite, friendly, and efficient.
