Thank you Serge and your crew at Epic Auto Repair. Dropped the truck off at 9am, he diagnosed the issue, had me approve the repairs, sourced the parts and had the truck ready by 130pm the same day. This isn't the first time I have used Epic auto repair and it won't be the last.

Epic Auto Repair was quick to get my car in, fixed properly and get it back on the road. They kept me updated on the status of the car throughout the process of fixing it with videos so that I could see exactly what was going on and also communicated with me other issues that needed to be addressed that I was not aware of. They were upfront about everything. I would not hesitate to trust these guys with any vehicle issue you may have.

I recently moved to Lethbridge and have had trouble finding a reliable mechanic until I went to epic auto repair. Serge is professional and one of the best I've met. Wow is what I have to say. I'm from out of town and I broke down at the Canadian tire gas bar. The lady recommend I call epic auto, its Friday 3:30 PM within 30 min they had a tow truck over to pick up my vehicle. they diagnosed my issues to be a bad fuel pump. its presently 7:30 PM and I just pick up my vehicle and will be on my way back home after I'm done writing this review... Stella customer service.

My mom and I have both taken our vehicles to Epic Auto and been really happy with the service. I have an older vehicle and various things are starting to need attention. Serge gave me an honest appraisal so I could decide whether to pursue the cost of fixing it or not. I feel like many other mechanics might make an issue seem urgent just to hand you a big bill!
