I was amazed at the phenomenal customer service I had at T.J.'s Auto Repairs. After an automotive emergency T.J.'s got me in right away (and fixed in a day!) and treated my Volkswagen like their own! After having bad experiences with shop after shop it was amazing to be treated so well and have the mechanics actually listen to my concerns.

Had a great experience taking my Volkswagen to TJ’s! Tony took the time to explain each repair to me and was able to get a proper part in overnight. As a young woman I have had some mechanics in the past try to stick me with a bunch of unnecessary repairs thinking I wouldn’t know any better, but that definitely wasn’t the case here. He was even willing to work with my extended warranty, which not many small shops will do! I’m very glad I found a local shop to trust with my VW and would happily recommend them to anyone else driving a European car.

I was coming in from out of town (Calgary) to check out an M Class Mercedes i was considering purchasing. These guys were extremely accommodating, did an incredible job with the inspection and the explanations and even the after care to help me sort out the possible charges. Their quote was WAY better than the ones in the city. I would highly recommend them.

If you are driving a Volkswagen then I would highly suggest you bring it to be serviced by Tony. When it comes to diagnostics I have never had anyone who is as transparent or more willing to explain exactly what is wrong. His fees are very reasonable and I have yet to have any surprises. In fact the bill is usually half of what other shops quote. While you are there you should have Mason clean up your headlights, he does an amazing job. Thank you for being a trustworthy mechanic and keeping me informed.

We had taken the 2004 BMW X5 to another shop and they were unwilling to work on it. Friends had mentioned TJ to us and how he specializes in import cars so we gave it a go. So happy TJ was not intimidated by the repairs it needed and was willing to give it a go. Thanks TJ. We highly recommend keeping it simple and going right to TJ to begin with!!!!

I wish I had taken my car to Tony a couple of years ago. It would have saved me a couple thousand dollars and the headache of dealing with other technicians that were unable to properly fix my car. Tony is honest and caring, performed the work quickly, and best of all, charged me the price he quoted. I have had great experiences taking my cars to TJ's. I drive a couple of older vehicles, and twice now I have had transmission problems where I was told by several places that I was looking at big dollars to get things fixed. I took the vehicles to Tony for his opinion, and he found that both times fixes could be done for hundreds instead of thousands of dollars (for one of them he took apart another transmission he had in the shop and got the part that was needed and otherwise unavailable). Both cars are on the road now and are driving well.
