Harold's Auto Service has been providing high quality automotive repairs since 1973. We employ expert journeyman technicians with extensive experience in diagnosing, servicing, and repairing vehicles. We have the equipment and technology to service virtually all Domestic, European, Asian and other import models.
I'm just sitting here at Harold's Auto getting an oil change in my truck. I've got nothing but good things to say about the new ownership. The entire process was super efficient and very professional. They offered a shuttle if I needed it, but I had some time to kill, so I brought my iPad to do some work.
To empower children to become leaders, Boys and Girls Clubs' across North America enrich communities providing innumerable individualized programs designed to fulfill the needs of children in each community where they are active. Excellent place to go, had to be in BC the next day and they fit me in on super short notice. They were very upfront about the work that needed to be done and got the job done that same day. On top of that, they went above and beyond on my vehicle. Reasonable rates and high quality work done on time. I will definitely be back.

Finally a shop that is built on service as opposed to how much can they empty from your bank account. I took a vehicle in for an out of province inspection. It did not pass and required repairs. Matt provided shuttle to and from the shop and the repairs were on quote and on time. The pricing was actually quite reasonable and they were easy to work with. I will be back when I have the need. Thanks guys!

While visiting Lethbridge, during a -37 degree day, our van broke down. I called AMA and was facing a 20 hour wait. I called a bunch of places who couldn’t help me. Harolds took me in, no questions asked. Not only did they fix my car in 4 hours but they were so polite, professional and helpful. They literally saved us and got us road bound safe and sound. Thank you. I highly recommend them for anyone in a pinch or anyone needing a great mechanic on a regular. THANKS SO MUCH!!!

Scammers thru and thru. run as fast as you can away from this shop. they will hold you vehicle hostage, and make things up as they go along. that's the only advice i can give. if i told my story you wouldn't believe it...just found out that the owner died by getting hit by a semi. there is justice...$600 it cost me and nothing was done. it just sat on the hoist all day while i waited outside watching from the parking lot, and checked in three times. not a bolt was touched. and claimed to have fixed it. again, justice has come. it took time but come.

Great service. Went in for an insurance inspection. I got friendly service over the phone to book an appointment, was offered a shuttle service over the phone and when I dropped off the car. I got the car back later that day with the itemized list of needed repairs as well as quotes for each item. Nothing was done without asking me first which I appreciate a lot. They quoted me the lowest price in town for a windshield repair and had it done quickly at the same time that I brought the car back for them to verify the repairs.

Took my car to Harold's for a tire changeover and a check engine light issue. I was so impressed with their service and how quickly they got me back on the road. The mechanic that explained the issue to me was really helpful. I've heard that this place has some of the best journeyman in town, and I experienced it first hand today. Would highly recommend this place.

I continually get great service at Harolds Auto. Most recently they replaced a faulty block heater chord under warranty and while doing this noticed that the water pump was leaking. Given that it was -25 outside for several days they actually worked into the evening to squeeze me in so that the other customers scheduled to have work done were not delayed. This business is made up of some extraordinary people that go out of their way to provide great service every time. This is the reason I continue to patronize them.

I came to Harold's for a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle.
They got me in early before my appointment time and gave me very good feedback on the existing issues with the vehicle and the potential costs of repairs.
They provided excellent advice and saved me the troubles of buying a money pit.
Worth every penny!

My daughter who is attending U of L had her vehicle broke down and we are not from Lethbridge so had no idea where to turn for repair. After checking the AMA website we found Harold's Auto service.
Spoke with Beverly and Kirk, who both immediately put my mind at ease. Their professionalism and service was exceptional. Work was done in a timely manner , they explained the repairs necessary in detail along cost .
I as a mother appreciate how they took the time with my daughter explaining to her the work that had been done. The overall inspection of the vehicle was also appreciated. It's reassuring

Truly a pleasure to work with. I don't trust mechanics, but I trust Harold's. For example,
I needed to replace a part, and they investigated and found another used part which saved me $1000. They really looked after me and not their own interests.
In the end, I will not go elsewhere, even for oil changes now.
