Dr. Agha Graduated with a bachelor degree in dental surgery in 1998. Became a member of the faculty of dental surgery of Ireland in 2008 and member of the German board of oral implants in 2009. With over 15 years of combined experience from serving in dental clinics in United Arab emirates and in north bay ontario and for patients with diverse back grounds.

Downtown Barrie Dental provides a very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere! Shannon, Dr. Agha, and Tricia are all very professional, yet friendly at the same time. Shannon is very accommodating and flexible, so appointments are easy to make. Patient comfort is clearly a priority and they even have a massage chair that can be used during dental procedures. I highly recommend!

Barrie downtown Dental is so friendly and professional. Shannon knew that I was having anxiety about my appointment. She talked to me and let me know step by step what Dr Agha and Tricia would be doing. Tricia was personable aswell she did an amazing job on my teeth. I look forward to my next visit. Anyone looking for a new dentist, Dr.Agha is wonderful! He’s professional and relaxed and makes your appointments very comfortable! As a very nervous dental patient, he reassured me throughout and it was actually an enjoyable experience! (The massaging chair helped too!)
Shannon in the office is amazing and gets all of the insurance billing done without you having to pay anything up front! Trish is a wiz at cleaning and had great recommendations as well to help daily cleaning. Thank you for fixing us all up and we will see you again soon!

Dr. AGHA, is a great doctor! However, his front desk staff are very unprofessional, incompetent! I repeatedly told them NOT to bill my private medical insurance for dental cleaning , to bill ODSP as always, did it anyways, using up my private medical insurance, that it left me with a $600 bill for dental surgery, when it was only suppose to cost me$150.00. Staff refuse to reverse the billing to fix it, and rebill it properly . They gave me nothing but excuses and putting me off for more then 6 weeks.
I asked to have the doctor to call me to discuss the matter and he still hasn't as he has left

Shannon and her team went above and beyond to try and meet all of my treatment needs, get the best “bang for my buck” out of my student benefits and be beyond informative in answering all my questions and concerns.
