Dr. Ajit Chaudhry is the President/Owner of Barrie Dental Arts and completed his dentistry at the University of Western Ontario, where he graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery, in 1998. Dr. Chaudhry grew up in Kingston, Ontario and always envisioned delivering comprehensive modern dentistry in a small community setting.

I have been a patient of this dentist for at least 15 years. Since Dr. Cool left it's gone significantly downhill. There's no consistency to the care, you see someone new every time and I can't keep track of who's who. Half the people aren't listed on their website, so good luck figuring out who you saw. They're usually running late and often upsell unnecessary treatments instead of listening to patient concerns. I feel there's a lack of COVID protections and the receptionists call incessantly to get you to book an appt. Even the little things like choosing to print their business cards on plastic

This review is long overdue. Everyone at this dental clinic from the ladies on the phone, reception, dental team and Dr Chaudhry are absolutely amazing. I have always been quite terrified of the dentist but not this place. Everyone is so friendly, yet very professional and the feeling I get is they all really care about the patient...more then just a job. Wish I had known about the place years ago.

I've been going to this dental office since I was a teen and I've always had an excellent experience. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and make you feel very comfortable. They also work with me to make payment plans so that it's easier for me to pay for the services that I need.
I'd also like to give a shoutout to hygenist Amanda! She is wonderful !

My mother is 89 and had a significant dental issue and needed to get in immediately. From the moment I called the office; to arriving and meeting the Doctors and other staff, the experience was so pleasant and knowledgable they took complete care of all of her dental needs. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for Dental staff that really care and look after their patients every concerns.

I live in Peterborough right now, and drive back 2 1/2 hours because of how great these folks are. Amanda is the absolute best dental hygienist I’ve ever experienced and is one of the major reasons I continue to drive back year after year. The dentists, other hygienists and front desk staff are lovely and understanding, a great experience all around (especially for someone who is squeamish around all needles and dental work). Five stars!!

Barrie Dental Arts is an exceptional office. The staff is always extremely accommodating, welcoming and friendly. The care I have received since coming to the office has been outstanding. Through respectful consultation with my hygienist and the dentist, I can confidently say my oral health has never been better.

I’m not sure if “I loved it” is the appropriate wording. Who loves a root canal?? But having said that, this was my first and hopefully last. Could I have asked for a better experience having to undergo this procedure, not likely.
From my initial assessment, to my procedure. From the admin staff and the dental assistants. Every part was a positive experience.
This coming from a gal who used to get weak in the knees when just entering a dental office.
