Horrible customer service I did keratin treatment that got undone after 2 weeks and they refused to give me a refund or a new appointment pure trash DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU DON’T WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY. SPREAD TO YOUR FRIENDS SO THEY WON’T WASTE THEIR MONEY TOO!! I just had the best experience with Mary L who is such a beautiful woman inside and out. I found her after reading all the incredible reviews about her talents in cutting hair . I needed a new fresh start and she truly knows and loves her craft , she listens , gives suggestions and takes her time in styling your hair which is awesome because you get all that time to hang out with her because she really is special and the end result is the best hair cut I have had . The staff at Avanti are fantastic. I used their services for hair and makeup for my bridal party and none of us were disappointed. From the moment of booking, hair and makeup trials and the day of the wedding they were so accommodating. Daphne is the wedding coordinator and she is fantastic, polite and answered all of my questions. She is also an amazing makeup artist. Very bad experience went with my daughter for mani pedi and they make us sit separately even requesting them and they made other client sit next to me so distancing was not the issue plus she is my daughter… and then did everything quick Like they don’t care about us
no good customer service and after my daughter for hair treatment and blow dry the literally washed her hair in 5 min with treatment and when I said I am not going to pay for treatment then they just charged blow dry and they charge $6 for hygiene really is ur responsibility for clean and hygiene place ... Never recommend

It was my first time at Avanti, the place is huge, beautiful and clean. I had an amazing experience with the wonderful hair stylist I picked her because of the hundreds of awesome reviews and they were right! She's a beautiful woman inside and out. I got a wash, cut, blowdry and style and she did a fantastic job! I got compliments all… day! Split ends who? I don't know her! All thanks to her! I am not someone who frequents large grocery stores, department stores or large spas! HOWEVER, for the King of all colourists, I would go anywhere! I have been to many different colourists over the years and have finally found the best of the best! Marcel is professional and, I believe, a true genius in the colour department. He always has a… smile on his face and is ready to do his utmost best work. I now get stopped by strangers everywhere I go asking about my colour. But. Shhhhhh don’t tell everyone because then he’ll have no time for me!! 😉

Worst experience ever there..... stay away from that place and they steal you’re money like they wanted to charge my girlfriend to change her hair colour everything for like 700$ and first of all they did a terrible job the first appointment..... she stayed there all day for and they just bleached her hair and put red in her hair and she asked for… brown.... also she got there at 10:30 am and left at 5:30 pm... they waste her time all day and they almost did nothing ..... they did a terrible job and they wanna make money with everything...... people there are really hypocrites and
