Do not come here!!! I have come to this spa several times and she is late EVERY time. I have to wait at least 30 minutes each time. One time she made me wait 45 minutes and then when I complained she yelled at me for complaining and didn't even end up taking me. She is very unprofessional and disorganized. Also, the "spa" is in a locker room in a basement and feels very dirty. I stopped coming here because she is rude and very unprofessional.

Most salons can provide decent service at a decent price but many overlook the importance of sterilizing the materials that are going to be used on you or the overall cleanliness of the place. There are very few places where you can completely trust that you’re not going to catch anything or be sharing anyone’s germs while getting a beauty fix. Best nails Ive ever had so far in Montreal. Laura is very welcoming and such a beautiful person. She was able to sqeeze me and my friend in before closing time. She did a perfect job + the prices are reasonable. Will definitely go back.

I made an appointment with Laura today and she didn't show up. I rushed to be there on time, I waited for 30 minutes, and I called and messaged her with no reply. It is a great inconvenience to waste that much time of my day. Very unprofessional.

Got my first shellac manicure here! My manicurist was incredibly kind and attentive, did a PERFECT job, and was wonderful to talk to. The facility was clean and very comfortable, and my experience was delightful and relaxing. I can't wait to go back!
