I feel totally at ease knowing I'm in great hands with Laurent, my hair stylist and Nathalie, my colourist. They are both brilliant with short hair! I'm consistently happy with the results and walk out feeling like a million bucks. All staff are professional and courteous.

Seems like maybe more of a salon for older clientele? My stylist seemed pretty lost on cutting long hair. Was not a good experience...

Got a Bad haircut not satisfied at all. For a salon in westmount didn't even consider to offer you a glass of water. Shampoo girl didnt even bother to say hi. It just shows they don't care about their clients. I've been places worse than that and was treated much better....very disappointed client!

Had a haircut with Laurent, he did not section my hair before blow drying it (first time one my life i see this), did not put anything on it to get that shiny healthy look, did not manage to get the wavy locks at the bottom nor the volume at the top that I asked for. Result: blah looking flat hair that I could have had by using a flat iron at home. Seriously how can they get away with such sloppy work? He was friendly though, but I prefer a frowny hairdresser who knows what he’s doing. Never again will I go there
