I loved everything about my stay, I was there for 6 weeks and stayed on level 5.
I noticed the ground level suite directly below me that had a full dj set up directly below me, they had parties on the weekend but I was never disturbed by this, even on the balcony it wasnt a big deal to me. You will be staying so close to granville st where so many clubs are so its to be expected in this area but it was never a problem for me.
All of the staff were so helpful and friendly :) Thanks for making my last 6 weeks in Vancouver so enjoyable!

Noisy, disrespectful residents. This building claims to be a non-party hotel, but after 5 months living across the street I promise you that’s a lie. Level is a disturbing nuisance on a nightly basis, and gets worse on weekends. Parties of 10+ screaming on balconies during covid all night long, fireworks, racing cars, accidents and shootings. Management clearly does not care about quality of life. As awful as it is to live next door, I can’t imagine how bad living there must be if you value sleep.
