Disappointed. For the price, this hotel was disappointing. Good stuff: amazing location, incredible restaurant in the hotel, linens were very nice and room was very clean, checkin was friendly and helpful. Disappointing: bed was not level- this didn’t bother my husband, I was ok once I flipped myself around. Furniture was very drab and too large for the room with. No end table on one side, the door whacked the minibar every time you opened it. Bathroom was freezing cold. There was a little heater that worked on a timer. Shower and tub were not nice and there was no bubble bath or bath salts.

We always love going there, to Dockside, the restaurant part of the hotel complex. Access with handicap stall is relevant to our group, so we were off to a good start on yesterday's lunch adventure. The food was delicious and the view from the restaurant fantastic. The service was very helpful and friendly.

We were disappointed by our visit to this restaurant. We came here specifically to eat on the patio with my family, it rained in the early morning but it was sunny when we arrived in the early evening. Despite this, the patio was closed. Portions were small and underwhelming. Service was inconsistent. Considering how costly the night was, we expected more from this establishment.
