For the price and location it's pretty great. However the random alarms in the middle of the night, and the totally useless "business center" are the reasons it's not getting a full five from me.
That and the super sketchy wanting to photocopy my credit card on check-in. I didn't let them but they tried really hard.
The "business center" is completely useless. It's a tiny desk in the lobby right by the door. There is no way you can use it for any kind of work.
That coupled with the absolutely ancient PC (Windows Xp... In 2021!) is a security hazard so if you need to print something make sure

5 stars based in what it is. This is not a "5 star" hotel but what it is, is a great 3-4 star hotel.
Staff were friendly, checking in and out was easy. One bed room was comfortable with a small living room and a good size bedroom, also a kitchenette with stove top, fridge and dishes. Bed and pillows were about as good if not better than could be expected at a hotel.
Location is fantastic with one major downside - the fire station across the street. Sirens are frequent and I had a window facing it. That being said it was bearable and didn't wake me.
I will definitely be back here (did not try

I've stayed here a few times when enjoying a night out in Vancouver. I stayed here last night with my date and the general staff was kind and professional (as always)
When we got home from dinner around 12:30 I phone the front desk to try to get some bottles of water. The man who answered was named Gary and was extremely rude. He told me they don't give water out and to drink out of the tap... I knew that was incorrect becasue the last time I was there I asked for bottled water and they promptly brought them. I had to go back and forth with Gary until he finally accepted that they could and a

We stayed here for 5 nights during our trip. The location is close to many tourist spots and restaurants. The rooms were cleaned everyday and well maintained. The staff is friendly, accommodative and very prompt on the service requests. There was a small kitchen with refrigerator and oven in the room provided to us.

To begin, I called the Hotel the day before we were to arrive to make a simple request, the woman on the phone sounded like she wanted to provide great service, however upon providing my booking info to her the tone of her voice and willingness to assist seemed to evaporate. She informed my that since I didn't book directly there really wasn't much the hotel was willing todo for me. My big request was simply for a couple bathrobes in the room. The morning after our stay we were denied entry to the breakfast buffet because we booked on-line. I have not been out with my wife on an overnight date

This hotel is in need of a serious upgrade. Hello, 1994 called and wants it's emerald green back. But it's close to everything, and the staff are awesome. We booked a king room, but instead got a queen suite. They gave us a complimentary bottle of wine to make up for it. Location is everything. Would stay here again.

I loved this hotel, it was one of the lowest prices during our stay so we weren't expecting much and I ended up really enjoying it, it's close to everything, had amazing views, was very clean. You get a kitchenette and living room separated from the bedroom so it feels like a small 1 bedroom apartment. The looks inside are somewhat basic but again it doesn't claim to be glamorous and for the price point and the views it was great. We also ran into an employee named Vince in the elevator a few times, who was possibly the nicest person I've ever met. I think Vince worked in maintenance because he

My mom and I stayed at the Rosedale on Robson the night before my wedding. They were lovely! The staff was super friendly and accommodated all our requests with a smile, the room was clean, and the beds were comfy. The location is super central in downtown Vancouver, within walking distance to everything. I've stayed here myself before and would absolutely do so again.

I arrived at 7 p.m. and my reserved room wasn't as specified, I waited till 10 p.m. before they placed me in a room that reek of smoke and was not up to standards. The staff was very rude. By the time I got to my room I was very tired and I had missed my dinner. Rosedale was very Unapologetic! I'll never stay there again
