Disappointed in the effort that was provided by Silvana. I came with my hair washed and dried for a simple trim, and she did not put any care or effort into my cut. She didn’t even touch the front. It was very disappointing as I was still charged $50 for a 5 min appointment. I could have done it myself with kitchen scissors. It was clear my simple request was not a priority and more of an inconvenience for her. I will not be going back and I do not recommend this service.

First time at this salon and had a wonderful experience! They moved a few things around to fit me in and had excellent communication. Sam patiently listened to what I wanted and did a beautiful balayage with curtain bangs 😍 She was very pleasant to talk with and made it more than ‘just’ a haircut. I have been to other nice salons in Hamilton/Westdale and would definitely go back to Silvana’s. I feel beautiful and love my hair! As a healthcare provider I can also say I felt very comfortable with their covid protocols and cleaning.

I had my very first appointment today at Silvana’s with Maria. I drove all the way from Simcoe and it was definitely worth the drive! Maria was fantastic and I will definitely be going back! The salon is super clean and very inviting. Love that the whole family works there! Wonderful experience! Definitely 5 stars!!

I love this Salon! I have always jumped from Salon to Salon but Silvana's is officially now the only place I trust with my hair after some bad experiences other places. Regrettably, I had a terrible haircut elsewhere and made an appointment with Maria in hopes of fixing my cut. She sure did and exceeded my expectations! I look forward to being a regular customer for years to come!

Got my hair cut yesterday for my damaged dry hair. Haven't been to hairdresser for years because I was so embarrassed with my hair condition. The place is clean and nice and I had Samantha. I love the way Sam did my hair and she was so nice. Another thing I like about this place Sam recommended some products for me to treat my hair but they're not pushy about it. Reasonable price. I think I found my hair salon 😘😘😘

About a month ago I started looking for places in the Hamilton area that offered chemical hair straightening. I noticed a lot of hair salons had different names for the procedure. So, it got a little overwhelming trying to pick the right salon. I then started e-mail a few in the area that seemed like they had what I was looking for. Thankfully, as soon as I e-mailed Silvana's, which was late on a Saturday or Sunday night. I instantly got a reply! A few days later, I went in for a consultation. And in less than a week I had my treatment done.
