I showed her a picture of the hair I wanted, but I wasn't sure if it could be done to my hair. The end result was exactly what I wanted, and I'm glad I was able to talk through the options with Lori. I've had my hair cut at lori's previously, and i really liked the cut she gave me. however i've been trying to book another appointment to no avail. i've tried calling multiple times, leaving voice messages and messaging them on instagram but it's nothing but complete radio silence. what gives? i want to get my hair done here again, but i can't as no one is responding when i try to book an appointment

I went here today for a curly hair cut after searching online for a salon that cuts curly hair. Lori gave me an amazing hair cut that I am very happy with!! She listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me a beautiful hair cut! I love the layers in my hair and how my hair looks now! After the haircut she wet my hair, applied the product and explained what she was using and how to use it. I am very happy with how my hair looks and I can’t wait to come back again!!

Lori is amazing.
I'd recommend her to anyone who has trouble finding a style they like, as Lori does dry cuts, which seem to help create styles that compliment the natural flow of your hair.
Not only did she give me a cut I actually liked, she took the time to carefully explain the best way to care for my wavy but not quite curly hair. She went over products that would help, and didn't try to upsell me (in fact, she encouraged me to just start with the basics of a new shampoo and conditioner).
My hair is so much healthier since seeing her :)

I tried for a long time to like my dry curly cut, but now I desperately want the length of my hair back. The hair dresser insisted on using the Diva Curl products in my hair in order to get a better cut. The product made my hair much curlier than it normally is, and so I feel it led to a cut that wasn't what I wanted. The cut isn't even on both sides!

I have curly hair and often leave salons offended by how the stylists try to cut and style it. Lori cuts curly hair dry, which is awesome because it allows her to see how you style it and cut it so it keeps the style you like. For me, this is THE ONLY way I will get my hair cut in the future. And her salon doesn't use a crazy amount of chemicals. If you have curly hair - go to Lori!

I wish I could tack on extra stars here. Lori gave me the best cut for my curly (aka FRIZZY) hair. I went from having either a triangle of hair attacking my face with hair down, or a ponytail with wispy fuzz escaping into the air, to an actual hair style with texture and shape. If you are curly, you need Lori.
