If you're not feeling very "crafty" then we have a choice of various other domestics, imports, and wine. You don't need to have a hair cut to come hang out and enjoy! Our comfortable couches and laid back atmosphere make for the perfect meeting place. Whether it's for friends watching sports together on our TVs, or an off-site committee meeting for your organization.

I came in with a few ideas of what hairstyle I wanted, and Kyle did a great job of achieving that while complimenting the style with what my hair naturally does. I also got my beard trimmed and he did a really great job. The place had a really cool atmosphere as well. I am definitely coming back

The best place to get a haircut. Great beers and drinks available (even to take away), patio is a nice spot in the warmer weather. Mike always does a great job and the staff are welcoming and friendly. GO!

Architect hair design is a a great spot to get a nice shave and beer. Jackie is an artist and really takes deep attention to detail while working on her client. Best straight razor shave my hubby has had(his exact words). The patio is soooo cute. Highly recommend checking it out!

I've been trying various salons in the hamilton and Burlington area for years with no success. I've gotten many Karen style haircuts or complete write offs. My husband had been getting his hair cut with Mike at architect hair design for about a year. His cuts always look so fresh! He suggested seeing if they had anyone who was comfortable doing female hair. Kevin was highly recommended and I cannot express how happy I am with the cut! Bonus is that there is a bar on site so you can have a drink while you wait 🙂

Wow is all I can say. Mike is phenomenal!!
I came in & totally left my design+cut 100% in his hands & he knocked it out of the park.
The attention to detail was amazing & it felt so great to have someone take such good care of me instead of being rushed out.

Really professional. Andrew knew what he was doing and even gave awesome tips on styling and how the hair would grow out. Great atmosphere and the owner was chill too. Great place to hangout and even better if you're getting a haircut ;) .

This was my first time at Architects. My haircut was done with +++ precision and care. I went from chin-length hair to short, and am very happy with the results. Thank you Andrew for fixing my covid hair :) Staff was wonderful and the atmosphere was also quite nice. Will definitely go again.

Mike did a wonderful job for me. He is an absolute professional at his work. I have never had a barber more experienced than Mike my entire life. If I could recommend anyone in the Hamilton area for a haircut, it would be for Mike at this barber shop. WONDERFUL

My first time here and I am impressed. Yuri was most welcoming and accomodating at reception. Mike, my barber, was very considerate of my style choices and we became much like a team. The result is excellent and I look forward to returning again! The work space is not clinical but rather more like a man's salon with bar and lounge and patio. The experience has been more like an event than a chore!

This place is absolutely fantastic. Kind and pleasant staff - great to chat with. Great barbering. Just a knockout place to chill out and have a beer while you are getting a trim.
