Michael and Keirstyn were amazing. They’re both really good at what they do and they’re the sweetest people. It was so nice to sit down and get my hair done after so long. I did enjoy it! The before & after look of my hair was such a nice big change, I’m really happy with the new look they gave me.

I would highly recommend this place. Bilalo and his team are just the best. They had exceptional customer service. Very nice people very friendly and took great care of me. I had highlights and haircut done here and they did a great job. The products are great and everything was awesome. I left the salon looking much better than I thought the highlights would come out to be.

It was my first time coming to Bilalo, my hairstylist was keirstyn, and I am over and beyond happy with my experience.
I'm usually very picky with people touching my hair as I've had such bad experience at salons.
But keirstyn went above and beyond to provide me with what I wanted and needed, she was so understand & helpful, and so very friendly! She's my new go to artist!
The owners were absolutely amazing, working with me on my budget, and wanted to provide me with the best experience possible. Quoted " we are here to help you, and make you happy here" and you all succeeded here.

As I am new to the country, I was looking for a place to have a haircut for a long time, Finally I decided to go to Bilalo by reading their google reviews and it was my best decision to go there. Michael gave me the hair cut, He is very professional with warm and welcoming nature. He listened to me patiently about what do I want to do with my hair and made the best out of it. Venessa helped to dry and set my hair. Both of them are friendly people and they keep you comfortable. It was a good experience and I am looking forward to visit them after 6 months!

So after I moved to Waterloo five years ago, I was nervous to get my hair cut.

This review is something I have wanted to do 12 years ago!!! I look back at my wedding photos on my anniversary and cringe. Bilao the owner dyed my hair so blonde, I was pretty much albino. He did not know how to fix it and I ended up paying a fortune. I was getting married in 4 weeks and I remember hyperventilating on such a botched dye job. Just awful. DON'T GO HERE!

I'm extremely mistrustful of hair dressers but Bilalo has become my top choice.
The stylers are not only extremely experienced and knowledgeable, but especially talented with a real flare for their work (they really do mean hair Artistry). I let my styler (Nikolas) do whatever he thought would look best, and everyday I'm falling more in love with my cut. I would honestly give this a guy a carte blanche to do whatever he wanted with my hair. He even showed me

This is the best place I have been thus far. The staff is nice and welcoming and they also give you free hot beverages. I went to see Niko, and he was very easy-going, Knowledgeable, trustworthy, and made you feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hair salon and go see Niko! He's awesome and knows what he is doing!
