Capital West Mortgage is an integrated mortgage company that provides funding and mortgage brokerage solutions, as well as investment management services specific to mortgages and real estate. In total, there are four divisions that contribute to the company's success: Commercial Brokerage, Investment Services, Alternative Mortgage Centre, and CWM Properties Group.
Since inception in 2001, the Commercial Brokerage division has arranged in excess of $5 billion of mortgages across Canada. Our expertise is within the conventional and CMHC financing markets, specializing in seniors' housing, multi-family, industrial, retail, office, and land acquisitions covering construction, term, private, and mezzanine lending.
The specialized field of seniors' housing and healthcare financing requires an experienced mortgage professional to explore loan options, obtain competitive interest rates, and structure favorable loan terms.
