This company is UNETHICAL and GREEDY. They take advantage of those that don't have financial literacy by putting them in high interest rate mortgages $600k @ 6.95% and charging astronomical administration fees $5,000 for a 6 month term without an option to let them out penalty free after they get financial guidance to set them up in a mortgage that has a significantly lower rate 3% 2 year closed. They are PREDATORS and people should seek advice from a reputable mortgage broker representing major banks before talking to these guys.

Good service , high rates all went well until it was time to have the title cleared with land titles office. The " lenders" involved live part the year over seas, they screwed up the release documents and the process of getting them off the title of my home has been going on over a year.
My lawvers office informed me that I am one of three clients of One Stop Mortage ,going through the same thing with them.
We considered buying a new home , if we did a portion of the proceeds from the sale of our current home would have been inaccesable.
What a disaster to deal with!
