Mario responded quickly and personally to our emergency. The service provided was prompt, professional and the cost was very competitive. I am very pleased with the work by Dupont Heating. They were very efficient in booking my appointment - I received text confirmation and the technicians arrived right on schedule. I hired them on two separate occasions and had different techs (Aaron and Amir) for each visit. They were both excellent communicators explaining their work and answering my questions. I just had my furnace replaced by DuPont and they did a great job. I was very pleased by how professional their operation is. Now that we are using the furnace I am very impressed by how quietly it runs. I am very pleased with their service. They left my basement cleaner than they found it. Great job. Highly recommended
