Booking an assessment with Steve was quick and easy, the quote was prompt and professional with all the information needed (and fair pricing), and they installed everything one week later as discussed. I contacted Belyea to replace a part on my water tank and they had it quickly completed very quickly.

Steve Thomas and his team, Mike and Trent, replaced our water heater in record time. Andrew installed a ductless air conditioner on the main floor of my heritage house. My water heater broke down and I was very impressed with how quickly Belyea Bros solved the problem, especially considering it was Christmas weekend followed by stat holidays. I was not an existing customer and had tried elsewhere unsuccessfully. Their emergency service was excellent - a technician was by in a couple hours to diagnose the problem and Operations Manager Stephen Thomas even called that night to discuss options. We were in a tough spot and are so appreciative of how Stephen prioritized us, calling us on a Sunday night during the holidays was above and beyond. The new water heater

We've used Belyea Bros for all sorts of heating & cooling issues in our home and have found them professional, courteous, helpful and timely. The sorted our surprisingly complicated heating issues and are always available for follow ups when required. David, in particular, has been instrumental in keeping our home comfortable in the hottest and coldest months of the year. Would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone.
