Instead of charging me their minimum and sending a guy over I explained my problem on the phone and he told me how to fix it on my own since it was a small problem.

There are many factors that come into play when you choose a furnace or decide to go with a furnace installation. I found these guys through yelp and called them to come and see what's wrong with my furnace system.
The furnace was making this crazy noise and even though it April I couldn't go without it.
Anyways, I called and left a message, the guy called me within couple of hours and I explained to him the problem on the phone so he sort of knew what the issue was and told me not to worry and that the furnace is not about to break.
He scheduled a visit for the next day and came a little later than he said but called to let me know.
The issue was exactly what he thought and he already had that
