My fireplace wasn't working properly so I asked for a service appointment to diagnose why it was turning itself off and sometimes wouldn't start at all.
Marcus was wonderful! Very professional and a pleasure to chat with. He did a great job taking care of my fireplace. He found the problem, fixed it and did a full service efficiently and with no disruption to my work schedule. He was also able to advise on ways to help keep my house cooler this summer. All my furbabies were happy with his service as well ☺

We had our gas hot water tank die last winter and Matt was able to get us a new one in no time at all and had it installed for us so quick.
We started a Reno on our house and I wanted to put in an electric fireplace.
Matt was very knowledgeable about the different products they have and about what would suit us best.
Their supplier had some inventory problem like many bussiness have had. But they keep on top of contacting me and the supplier and things worked out great!
I would highly recommend using premium comfort for any heat or cooling needs in your home.

We had a few quotes from other companies. Their sales manager Dave was very informative and made our decision to replace our very old furnace and Air-conditioning units. The installers Jason, Doug and Myles that came to do the installation were very professional and really nice guys. My grumpy pup even came out of her shell and gave one them kisses which she doesn't do very often with new people.

Matt and his team are more than awesome. Had my AC looked at. The tech was here pretty much all day. He explained things to me when I had questions in a way that I could understand. The tech today(don't remember his name) was also very friendly. Just Love this company. Been using Premium comfort for well over 8 years. They are the best!!!!!

I can't say enough about the great service this company provides! I have had dealings with many of their office staff through work, every single person has been a total delight! that being said, it was no… surprise I chose them to supply and install my new linear gas fireplace. Dave went above and beyond to help get this job in and done in such a timely fashion, not to mention how thorough and professional he was. by far one of the best companies in town to deal with. My fireplace is beautiful. thank you!

I contacted Premium by email in the evening (as my moms AC went out that afternoon) and by 9 am the next morning, their serviceman Shaun showed up. Fixed very quickly! Recently had to replace a furnace in a rental home. Premium Comfort was not only the best quote and warranty, but they were the friendliest! Right down to the salesman quoting, to the installer and Kathy in reception! They were considerate of the renters, and had great communication with this absent landlord. Definitely would use again.

Our furnace decided until late one Sunday afternoon to go on holiday. It's different when it's only adults in the picture but, when there are kids, it's a different story. My husband started a new job and his first pay cheque wasn't due until the 5th of next month. Premium Comfort Heating & A/C was the ONLY company who would work with us by accepting a post-dated cheque.
