Quick service but sticker shock with the cost of our repair. Turns out our furnace had a faulty thermostat. Just the thermostat alone cost us $349.00. Total bill for this was $560.00. Expensive company....
I have no problem paying out of service area fee (which we were charged)... its the outrageous cost of the thermostat which is upsetting

When you're dealing with water, especially drain water, gurgling up through a basement drain, you want fast professional help, and most other niceties drop off steeply from there. Well, we were pretty delighted that the service was fast and professional, but also courteous and informative. Added bonus was Jasmine patiently answering all of my questions...it was a learning experience! Very satisfied with the whole thing, and relieved that the problem was fixed in such a timely manner. Thank you!

Wow! Top notch level. We had CE install a heating system at our new shop, they answered every one of my questions and dealt with a lot of my changes with a great deal of understanding. They left the site very clean at the end of every work day and were very organized. A clean group of guys that operate at a very professional level. Called Edrice at CE Plumbing when I noticed the top outlet pipe of a fairly new hot water tank was rusted and starting to leak. Fault was due to incorrect install by other company prior, so expected would have to replace tank at no warranty. Edrice came over next day and was able to replace the poor copper flex pipe that was cause of issue and… repair threads on outlet. Less than $20 in parts and an hour of his time, and I won’t need to worry about it again. Great Service, and would highly recommend if you’re looking for honest and trustworthy repairs and installs.

CE Plumbing & Heating has by far the most respect towards their clients. I needed a small plumbing job done at my mothers studio in Yaletown, guys came prepared and ready to work day of! Excellent customer service with great quality work. My mother was very pleased and I highly recommend CE Plumbing & Heating. They did an awesome, clean, and neat job. He even called for a follow up!
