Your technician was very thorough, courteous and had clear replies to my queries. He didn't try to push me into new products, explaining that my current furnace and air-conditioning unit are working efficiently for the time being, which I really appreciated - there's nothing like being conned into getting new appliances when they're not really necessary! And he was early, which fitted in with my plans for the day very well. Thanks for a great job.

We were sold on a service contract with Comfort Tech back in May when they came to service our AC and to my surprise our furnace as well! I am grateful I have the service as otherwise I likely would have forgotten to do this one. The service contact is definitely the way to go! One of my neighbours even flagged down my tech as he was leaving for help at his place!

Comfort Tech has been taking care of our home heating and cooling for over nine years now. New furnace, new AC and gas hot water conversion from electric. So very happy with their knowledge and expertise in this field. The company has expanded so much since we began with them and we look forward to their twice yearly visits to keep things running. Also since we started having the comfort tech truck visit our home, most of our neighbours have signed on as well.

Jeff, Matt, Chad, and Max were very professional, courteous, and thorough. Comfort Tech pulled through for us during a furnace breakdown and supplied us with a new high efficiency, super quiet furnace. We now enjoy even temperature throughout the whole house. Thank you to Jeff for having the foresight to order plenty of new furnaces before the winter season started (especially during this time of low supplies). The old furnace broke down on a Monday, and the new furnace was installed on Thursday. That's what we call efficient! Thank you Comfort Tech.
