I should open by saying I'm phobic about dentistry, having had some extremely unpleasant experiences in my childhood, experiences that have left their mark.
However, it is a pleasure to have Hygienist Melody clean my teeth. She is is both professional and personable. Melody is quite gentle; she never leaves me with sore gums. I feel relaxed in Melody's care. I actually enjoy my visits with her.
Dr Sidhu is also professional and personable, always taking care to say what he's going to do beforehand, and being gentle. I have confidence in Dr Sidhu.

This is about the "confirmation of appointment" policy they have. Not to mention the receptions are so rude. I get it you deal with people all day but not everyone deserves your attitude!
Today my appointment was cancelled with more than 24 hours until my appointment because I didn't answer my phone. They left a message CANCELLING IT. I didn't even have a chance to call back. The call back to confirm policy is so stupid and that's why no other place does it!!

My dentist was kind and also understanding of what the near future was going to hold for me. He and his assistant told me what was going to happen BEFORE it happened. In my experience, the surprise of something is more than half of the negative of the experience. The more you know before it happens makes what is about to happen be less scary. I recommend this dental group to ANYONE! (I dont know about children in this capacity so do not think I'm an expert... with children's teeth or children's.... anything).All I'm trying to say is, if you have dental problems, go to Westshore dental. I've been going here for a few years and I've never had a bad experience. They are very accommodating from setting up appointments (with a handy reminder before hand) to working with my needle phobia and different forms of sedation.
They are even great with kids. My son had his first appointment and continues to be seen here. The staff are very careful to not go beyond his comfort and work to create a nice environment. He especially enjoys his prize and new toothbrush! Thank you to everyone at Westshore Dental!

Used to go here with my family when I was a young teen, they were great then as well. I ended up not going to a dentist for the next 25 years, I know horrible right. After that long and knowing some changes had been made, I decided to go back to these guys again. Let me say that this is the best decision I could have made. Been back there a few times now and I couldn't be happier. They have an amazing team and they make you feel completely relaxed and comfortable. Work is top notch too. Love them all! Will recommend emphatically to anyone who wants to know.

I cannot express my gratitude enough with the Westshore Dental office! I took a family member who has a lot of anxiety over appointments of this nature and the Westshore Dental office alleviated all of their worries immediately. Dr. Neake was thoroughly communicative with them and I am relieved and thankful that they had such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this office to everyone.

I've been with Westshore Dental for several years now and I have always been happy with their services. The hygienists (Hi Rummy and Melody!) are friendly, professional and great at their job. The Admin Team are always willing to go a step above and beyond to make the experience both easy and pleasant. Dr. Neale is a fantastic dentist for me; I always feel well looked after!

The staff at Westshore Dental are great. They always take the time to make sure the clients are feeling at ease and understand their procedures. Reception checked our insurance benefits to ensure we were not going to have any unexpected costs without us even asking! The staff are very helpful providing information to me as caregiver and the youth have good things to say about Dr. Sabrina Ma.

Dr. Sabrina Ma is a wonderful, generous and a very skilled, empathetic Dentist. We had some issues with my last 2 bridges and she advocated to make things right for me and did such a great job. I trust her immensely. She is also super hilarious and makes being in a dental patients chair for hours kind of a good time!!

My spouse has coverage from work, he went in for a procedure to remove a tooth. The coverage had been maxed out prior to this and we didn’t know, instead of telling him prior to the procedure, they told him after it was done. It was done extremely poorly as well. His gums have still not healed and the dentist damaged his tooth beside the one he… removed. It now has to be repaired because of this action. Extremely unhappy with their cause and our concerns. They obviously want to be paid for the appointment, but how is it justified when the dentist didn’t do the procedure correctly

One of my front teeth fell off (crown) and from the receptionist to the dentist, everyone was readily available to help. They immediately saw me, same day, as I walked in with no tooth. Dr. Sabrina Ma was so kind and said it would be possible to try to cement the tooth back. Eventually, I might need a new crown but she never said ( like the dental centre I had been just an hour before) that I had to get a new crown absolutely and that my tooth could not be attached back?! Instead, Dr. Ma said it was possible to cement it back and she did a great job ! I

Been going here about 7 years, after 4yr of saying I would stop - finally dumped them. Maybe sounds strange didn't do so earlier, but here's the rub - absolutely loved my primary dental hygienist: best cleaning ever (careful,thorough,friendly!). Dentists changed frequently & never learned their names. 6yr ago had decent nightguard made, last one was awful experience (painful, slow, poorly made[cracked immediately] after many failed attempts). Inaccurate communication about when/if have co-pay (always asked/verified cleanings/checkups covered ahead-later told they'd given wrong
