Customer service at its finest. Spoke to Reza he said they wont clean the snow off the car and bring it Inside for me to see so I can stay out of the freezing cold weather. Asked him if I can test drive it and he said no. I was confused why they're in this buisness if they can't do these small things for a customer to see a car and test drive before purchasing it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible service, Caleb took days to reply felt like I had to chase him down to get answers about the sale. I feel he turned around and sold the vehicle to someone else while we were in the middle of getting the financing done for me to buy it. I do not recommend buying from this dealership.

Unbelievably great service. Got the car I wanted, at the price I wanted and Caleb went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, and that the car was 100% up to standards! I had to wait a little longer as they did both new brakes and tires for no extra cost, even though they didn't look that bad.
I would highly recommend Firstgear Motorcar.

Bought a Lexus NX (with a great price) from this place and it’s been an amazing experience.
The staff are quite nice, helpful, polite, experienced in this business.

Of youre looking for reliable dealership, this is the right place. They are very reliable people with great customer service. They kept communication open and very transparent with me until I picked up thr car which made me at ease and confident because I knew every step of the process and didn't have to call them everytime to ask. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star is because the interior of the car was dusty when I picked it up. It was as if it wasn't cleaned from when it was put on display. Other than that, great dealership, great people and I would definitely recommend them if you want

0 STARS!! Don't buy from this dealer its all shady business. I purchased an Audi S4 and about 8 months later i noticed the car has paint runs on the bottom driver and rear doors I contacted the deal and told them situation. He asked me why didn't i notice this sooner and said at this point maybe i'm the one that had the horrible paint job done ( CARPROOF was clean). I asked him if he even seen this on the car but was told he hasn't noticed it (Funny they sell cars for a living and didn't see the paint runs but im a buyer and im suppose to notice it right away, its in a hard place to see, pics below

I have never experienced such an incredible used car buying experience! And i am 50 so i have bought my share of cars. I wish there was 6 star for these guys! This dealership is exceptional, starting from the first call to getting there and seeing their beautiful dealership. They treat you like gold literally, espresso machine, different juices waters pops all in beautiful appliances. But the surroundings aren't there to cover up for a shady business as unfortunately i have to expect from a used car dealer. These guys are straight forward no BS, and honest, yes i said honest about a used car dealer
