While checking in, the person at the reception asked for our IDs. I gave my and my husband's driving license. Then, I was asked to provide a ID which would have my husband's name added instead of my father's.
He also mentioned that our names are different.(surnames) and he had to submit our IDs to police station . When I asked him to explain a bit more, he said it's the management policy that only married people can stay in their hotel.
I was standing at reception with my 9year old kid, and yet he persisted on seeing some proof of my marriage.

Very clean and well maintained place. Rooms are very good and they had lots of category in that as well. Location is also pretty good with proper parking space. But again little bit higher price than others which have same ambience & facilities crown palace is providing. Overall i feel stay will be good but with some extra price compare to others.

Bad food. They served cold food by just warming it up, you can feel while eating that it had been kept for quite sometime & not freshly cooked.
Along with that, it doesn't even taste good.
Being an indorian, you have some expectations from your food which the food by crown plaza lacked.
